Welcome to Rin Tin Thai, a journey from Nakon si Thammarat, Thailand. 

 

Founded in Kendal, Cumbria in late 2023 by Rin and his family, Rin Tin Thai is a vibrant pop up food stall dedicated to sharing the rich and authentic flavours of Thai cuisine with the people of Cumbria and the United Kingdom.

 

Born and raised in Nakon si Thammarat, Rin brings the true essence of Thai street food to the picturesque landscapes of the Lake District. After relocating to the UK in 2020, Rin was inspired to create a mobile haven of Thai culinary delights, aiming to bring the genuine taste of Thailand to festivals, corporate events, weddings and private parties.

 

At Rin Tin Thai, we take pride in using traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients to craft mouth watering dishes that transport you straight to the bustling markets of Thailand.
